When you’re working through small changes you might not need or want a large dose of change. Long-term therapy isn’t for everyone or everything.
Making changes is an adventure but it’s also scary; it’s like being a trailblazer in an unknown land. Therapy is a big thing. It takes time, commitment, money, and no small amount of discomfort.
If you’re not ready you’re not. Then again, could be you don’t need to be.
